EXCEPTIONAL quality, from the inside out, distinguishes Ardfionn — that, and a sizeable-enough further price reduction to really make house-hunters at a certain level jump up and take a second, appreciative look.
This big, modern contemporary build is on a south-facing hill just on the edge of Cork’s Sunday’s Well. It really maximises its sloped Shanakiel site at Upper Rose Hill for views and aspect.

VERDICT: Although the site won’t suit every buyer it will be perfect for some as a ‘lock-up and leave,’ it’s a great, well-finished house, showing remarkable value.
