HIGH-up views from Cork’s Tivoli, overlooking the River Lee and the leafy Marina, come with nine serviced sites just new to market — while another offering, lower down the harbour area, at Little Island also has five ready-to-go sites for sale.

Developers O’Brien and O’Flynn are first up, selling the nine, good-sized Silversprings sites for contemporary, extensively-glazed homes in the former grounds of the Moran Silversprings Hotel, up by the Source Leisure Centre and swimming pool.

Design is by Dennehy and Dennehy Architects, for houses of 2,350 to 2,500 and 3,080 sq ft.
