TWO houses in the Turner’s Cross/ Ballyphehane area have seen offers made since they went on the market two weeks ago.

And why wouldn’t they? Both are ideal, almost city centre starter homes, with attractive guide prices, good gardens and both have been in family hands for years.

In the case of the first, no 32 Congress Road, in Turner’s Cross, John Barry of Keane Mahony Smith says it’s 10 minutes from town, has two bedrooms and a 40’ south/west facing garden.
