€220,000 will buy showhouse

A FOUR-bedroomed showhouse at Cahalane Brothers’ Dunmanway development Ros Geal is on the way — while their three-bed showhouse is ready to buy, at €220,000.

So says west Cork estate agent Pat Maguire of the well-finished Ros Geal scheme close to all amenities in the town of Dunmanway.
