Each priced at €375,000, the offerings are a 1,400 sq ft, dated but decent semi-d with a good, quiet address in Ballincurrig, Douglas, or a larger, 1,600 sq ft, three-bed dormer bungalow high above the city, at Alderbrook, Lehenaghmore off the back of the airport hill.

First up is Glenmore, a solid, mid-1990s built, four-bed semi in the cul-de-sac Ballincurrig estate, with a good west-facing rear garden aspect, two reception rooms, plus dated kitchen and wheelchair-accessible, ground-floor bathroom with shower.

Overhead are three double bedrooms, a single, and a compact bathroom. The €375k price is a good drop below previous offerings here, as some of the best in the Ballincurrig estate hit the €700,000s, dropping to the €400,000s by last year (No 14 here now is priced at €385k.)
