The diminutive add-on to a detached two storey property in the city’s Turner’s Cross/Ballyphehane area hit the market with agent Timothy Sullivan this autumn, guiding €70,000, and came under surprisingly strong viewing, from first-time buyers, traders-down, and others. Its location, a walk from the city centre, off-street parking, rear yard and spotless condition worked in its favour.
