Although the location feels as far away from urban life as one could possibly get, access to the excellent local road network means that Cork city is only 25 minutes away by car.

The extension of the Midleton rail line has created the option for those travelling regularly to Cork city to drive the 10km to railway station in Midleton, and finish the more congested element of the journey by train. Future extension plans include re-opening the railway station at Mogeely.

Gleann Fia is a fully-finished estate with no ghosts in sight.
