And with prices for the largest of these Meadow Fields houses topping out at €325,000 for a 2,500 square foot property, the value is there, but there is a catch.

The finish is not complete which leaves kitchens and flooring to be completed by new owners, and while some may relish the opportunity to do their own styling, there is a cost involved. Depending on taste and ambition, the price could stay low or enter ‘how long is a piece of string’ territory – so buyers beware.
