ANGLING for a quick sale is this great two-bed apartment in the grounds of Courtmacsherry House Hotel in west Cork: it’s got frontline harbour views, a marine/Hamptons beachhouse theme going on decoratively, and the owners are prepared to sell their three-year old 19’ Bayliner speed boat to expedite the sale.
