Mdina has prime location

THE curiously-named Mdina is a four-bed bungalow with a number of things going for it, not least its location close to the River Lee at Farran Woods, Co Cork.

A restricted, rural area, it offers a chance to non-locals to buy in, and with a site of half an acre it offers plenty of room for extension, if needed.

The property is on the market at €385,000 through Kate Kearney of DNG Kevin Condon who says it’s in great condition and is located on a private, cul-de-sac road. It’s also near the National Rowing Centre and cafe and is only seven miles from Ballincollig.

Rooms include a living room, modern kitchen/ dining room with double range, a games rooms, four bedrooms, with master en suite and main bathroom.

The grounds are in top condition, says Kearney, with electronic gates, tarmac parking, and room in the attic for any number of uses.
