And wait for it.... that’s for a 1,242 sq ft house, fully furnished and fitted to 5-star standard, which means a move-in proposition for buyers.

There’s also the sweetener of full Section 23 allowances for investors, particularly the straitened variety.

In total this joint scheme has about 38 houses, but only a handful remain to sell.

These include three semis in the Forelands scheme at €105,000 and €120,000, depending on whether it’s a two or three-bed type,

There are two house types available in the Riverside Villas scheme, which overlooks the Finnihy River, where four detached houses and two three bed semis remain, but with builder’s finish.
