Option for renter

SOMEONE who is renting a property in Ennis, Co Clare, might consider the option of buying a fully furnished one-bed apartment in Clarecastle for €80,000.

Philip O’Reilly Property Plus auctioneers has reduced the last three apartments in Inish Clair on the Kildysart Road. Options include a one- bed apartment on ground or first floor for €80,000 or a two-bed first-floor one for €120,000.

The one-bed apartments were originally priced €175,000 and the two-bed one at €225,000.

Auctioneer Maura Canny says the prices offer good value for furnished properties. The two-bed apartment has 79sq metres of space including two timber-floored bedrooms as well as a kitchen living area with fitted units, appliances, a leather suite and dining furniture. The one-beds have 61sq m of space and have fitted kitchen with granite worktops.
