Crosshaven three-bed for under €300k
Estate agent Eamonn O’Neill (based further down the south coast, in Kinsale), is seeking €290,000 for the detached, 1970s-built, three-bed bungalow.
He says it is in a nice setting, an easy walk to all of Crosshaven’s amenities, is in good overall condition, but could do with some modernising, and has gas central heating. As it stands, it has about 1,100 sq ft of space, and some of the neighbours have already extended upwards for more bedrooms and views, so there’s a template and precedent already for any buyer who wants more space.
