A RARE offering indeed — a College Road, Cork city site with full planning permission in place for a three-storey house of nearly 2,000 sq ft — is for sale.

The site is on the southern side of College Road, beyond the Brookfield medical complex and is almost across the road from Orchard Road and its chic homes and gardens.
