THE attractive-sounding Featherbed Lane in Kinsale leads to the niche mid-2000s scheme of just 13 houses, called Four Winds.

Initially built by Castle Developments of Cork, and with three house types or variations, Four Winds sold well, primarily to owner-occupiers. Now, No 6 which is mid-terraced, is on the market as a resale with agent Darren Cotter of Cotter Estates.

He seeks offers around €340,000 for the three-bedroomed, 1,050 sq ft house, noting that originally houses like this sold in the high €400,000 back in 2007.
