Similar house, similar price but attract different buyers

JUST €20,000 separates two, large modern houses, new to market, for home-hunters in Macroom.

Sharing many similarities apart from their €300,000 and €320,000 AMVs, via agent, Killian Lynch, they nonetheless will appeal to a different set of local buyers, and are getting viewings within their first week of going up for sale.

“Things are moving along here, if the price is right. I’ve a good few sales in the last few weeks, mainly to first-time buyers and second-time traders-up, and these two latest offers will appeal to both categories,” says the auctioneer.
