Further price cuts in Glanmire

SIGNIFICANT further price reductions have been put into place in the Woodville scheme in Cork’s Glanmire.

End townhouses at the hillside Beeches section of Rossdale’s Woodville had hit €650,000 at peak, dropped to €425,000 last May, and now start at €335,000 for four-beds of 1,445 sq ft, and €365,000 for larger end terrace 1,681 sq ft four beds.

“Reasonable offers within this region will be seriously considered,” says Clare O’Sullivan of Savills. Sales last year were predominantly mid-terraces at €350,000, and first time buyers figured prominently.
