X Factor house (up for sale) is no Jedwardian pile

FANS of the TV show the X Factor will be surprised to hear that this year’s X Factor house which housed its contestants is being offered for sale in the coming weeks.

Estate agents Glentree have confirmed that the cutting-edge property – no, no, it is not Jedwardian – at West Heath Avenue in North London will hit the market early in the new year.

The asking price for the recently constructed residence has yet to be confirmed, however, it is thought that it will be pitched around a hair-raising £6 million mark.
