Waterville holiday home price cut

HOLIDAY homes done to the very highest quality on the Ring of Kerry at Waterville have very significant capital allowances — and now just-reduced prices.

Just four houses at Caprice Developments’ well-regarded and Bord Fáilte approved scheme in Waterville remain to be sold.

The development, called Klondyke Close, had 11 houses built in the final phase, and followed on after 21 other also fully completed and sold houses.
