Give your blessing to Chapel Green home

IT’S a greenfield site in the heart of Carrigaline town, once used as a pitch and putt club, but now the little verdant patch off Chapel Hill is to become a small, 25-house scheme.

Give your blessing to Chapel Green home

C&N Developments are launching three-bed units at the newly-named Chapel Green development, in the heart of Carrigaline. The entrance is off Chapel Hill and the houses are set in a small crescent close to The Corner House and they have a large open green as well as being low-density.

Selling agent, Kevin Silke, of Silke and Co, says all of the units are three-beds, with 960 square feet of space, and range in price from €230,000 to €210,000 for end and mid-terrace, respectively. As well as the green area and parking, the houses have good back gardens and most have a favourable aspect.

The finish is a mix of stone and render, and, based on the plans, the little estate is quite pretty. Ground is being opened at the moment, (with the demolition of an existing dwelling on Chapel Hill), and the houses are available, off-plan, through the agent.
