Take the Leap, if you have a head for Heights

RECKONED by their selling agent to be the best new homes built in Leap in west Cork, the scheme Woodview Heights above the pretty village goes to the market this month.

Take the Leap, if you have a head for Heights

Five large, 2,800 sq ft detached four/five bed homes have been finished at Kilmacabea, Leap, by builder and contractor Pat O’Donovan. His work locally in the greater Clonakilty area ranges from major road reinstatement works, to building the new SuperValu and its multi-storey car park.

Now, he has turned around high-end houses in Leap, between Clonakilty and Skibbereen, above a busy tourist route (a go-ahead local business, home furnishing store Iné Anois caters for just such passing and local passing trades, and has just opened an architectural salvage second business inland at Drimoleague.) Going up for sale right away is the finished and furnished Leap showhouse. Clonakilty estate agent Kieran O’Gorman, seeks offers around €550,000. Prices for the other four houses haven’t been confirmed or finalised, says Mr O’Gorman.
