This period property is on almost 48 acres of prime agricultural and equestrian land, right by the River Barrow and was previously owned by the Mullins family of racehorse training fame.

The Mullins clan owned it since 1923, based their training yard there in 1969 and only sold it a few short years ago when it was bought as a tourism-based development project, now a non-runner in a race that has run its course.
