Big interest in Castle Lake homes

MAYBE it is the new commuter train services, but property sales in east Cork’s Carrigtwohill are tipping away quite nicely, says Barry Nagle of Global Properties.

His firm has six sales going through over the summer months at Castle Lake, the large BAM-Gable development with the feature lake now very much delivered as promised.

And, he notes the buyer profile is very much based on civil and public servants – “the new royalty.”
