Showhouses open tomorrow

BARELY recovering from a week of horse fair revelry and a friendly soccer match with Liverpool FC, the west Cork town of Dunmanway has another weekend fixture.

Showhouses for two of the house types at the Ros Geal, Prospect Pawn development go on view and sale tomorrow afternoon at 2.30pm to 4.30pm, and with other homes in the development priced from €215,000.

Now, within view of the Field of Dreams (also known as the Maria Immaculata College) where Liverpool recently played Dunmanway, is the new-home scheme Ros Geal, with almost 30 families in residence since work started in 2004, and with a new phase launch in mid-July resulting in a few more sales.
