PLANT early, and reap what you sow — that motto could well work for the owners of 56 Carriganarra, in Cork’s Ballincollig.

The 1,000 sq ft late-1990s three-bed semi has a gardens like the garden of an older, far more established home, notes sales agent Jarleth Boyd of Savills.

He seeks €285,000 for the house with a westerly aspect, facing a green area.

No 56 is in smart order inside and out, says the Savills agent.
