Killiney cul de sac could be perfect for young families

BUILD, don’t knock. As a philosophy it works for a new Dublin property firm, with the same sort of ethos in one of its slick residential offerings.

MFO Property Professionals is a new Dublin estate agency, which started in September with three directors. It has since added three more staff and will be up to eight before its first anniversary, says co-founder Marcus O’Connor.

“We are hiring, not firing,” he quips, while seeming to fire on all cylinder is their Killiney Co Dublin offering, at 5A, Albany Court, off the Shanganagh Road near amenities in both Dalkey and Killine.
