Vicar’s Glebe to woo Coachford buyers

HOT on the heels of the launch earlier this month of a small scheme of large detached houses in Co Cork’s vibrant Coachford village comes another scheme — with more houses, and lower prices, all from the same builders.

The new, youthful development firm of O’Flynn Homes had a busy throughput at the showhouse launch of Cnoic Eoin last weekend,with local interest particularly strong, says Norma Healy of Sherry FitzGerald.

Prices there for four-bed detacheds (1,700 to 2,100 sq ft) started at €430,000.
