ROSSMORE is home to one of the country’s most famous annual amateur drama festivals — but there’s no drama attached to this local west Cork home; it is so neatly finished even its photographs appear more like idealised Computer Generated Images than reality.

The man who built this Ferlihanes, west Cork home, has building in his blood and family background, and has recently built again for his own growing young brood.

Hence the sale of this superbly-smart two-storey home near Rossmore, a tiny village, which plays host to 10 plays each spring, getting nightly audiences of 300 in St Mary’s Theatre Hall.
