GIVEN that the agents say they are pricing this property more or less at its site value, given its €495,000 asking price, you’d have to conclude the setting must be a bit special. You’d be right.

The location is just around the corner from Bishopstown Avenue, which leads in a direct bee-line from the Model Farm Road into the rear of the Cork University Hospital.
