Three into one goes in Clonakilty
Sunville Gardens, a scheme of just three two-bed houses in a row does ‘what it says on the tin,’ being built in off the road on the former gardens of Sunville — a 3,200 sq ft house on an acre put up for sale in 2006 for €1 million.
Selling agent then was Ray O’Neill of Sherry FitzGerald O’Neill, and he is now selling this trio of homes to be built by Totus Developments, headed up by Rosscarbery builder Geoff Wycherly.
