Grenagh property bargain price sure to woo buyers

In the village of Grenagh, just outside Blarney in Co Cork, (and off the main Mallow Road), the owners of no 6 Clonard Crescent has decided to sell lock, stock and barrel for under the going price in their area.

They’re looking for offers in the region of €280,000 for a three-bed semi and all of its contents.

And it’s very good quality stuff, says Mark Hornibrook of Redfords, as the property is in showhouse condition. Similar houses are on offer from €295,000 upwards in Grenagh, so this house offers tremendous value, he adds.

Also, Grenagh now has its own village centre with doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, post office, pubs and shops. And there’s a creche with after school care available too.

Minutes from the local national school, and with a whole new town planned nearby at Stoneview, Blarney, with commuter rail link, this property is a good future buy.
