Knockdown sale in commute range

AUCTIONEER Jeremy Murphy is at pains to point out that a new development at Coppeen, Co Cork, is only 30 minutes from Cork city — he’s clocked it.

Prices start at a very reasonable €325,000 for properties ranging from 2,200 to 2,400 sq ft.

It’s a knockdown sale, says Murphy, who’s working on behalf of Totus Developments, a firm who have a track record of development in Roscarbery, Ardfield, Clonakilty and other areas of west Cork.
