Steady sales at Lisheen Fields

TWELVE were built and eight are now sold, giving a choice of just four properties at the new Lisheen Fields development in Ballincollig, Co Cork.

The O’Callaghan Properties scheme opened at the beginning of the downturn, but the quality of product, and the location, has seen steady sales since.

Now there are just three of the C house remaining and they’re down from €500,000 to €440,000, including full fit-out. Only one of the largest type, the A remain and they’re on the market at €475,000 completely, finished, which is very good value for 2,000 sq ft detached houses.
