Originally floated at about the €300,000 mark, this has had two swift price reductions, and is now guided at €237,000 by estate agent Christy Ryan, a figure which he points out puts it well within the grasp of many, including first time buyers who want city suburban services on their doorstep.

Christy Ryan says it is more spacious than you’d expect, and while it does now need modernisation it is also now extremely well-priced, he suggests, while the size of the back garden makes it ideal for families.
