ONE of those elegant Victorians on the north side of Cork city, no 6 Árd na Gréine, St Luke’s, is a three-storey end of row property with some TLC required.

However, the guide price of €415,000 reflects the work involved, according to John Barry of Keane Mahony Smith, who adds that the property has some “fantastic original details”.

And while most of the old sash windows are gone, the house comes with tiling, fireplaces, floorboards and other period features, along with high ceilings.
