A NEW development of townhouses in Macroom offers starter homes at €235,000 upwards.

And convenience is the key at Pairc na Deireachta, because this development of 14 units is located in Masseytown, almost in the centre of the mid-Cork town.

Built by Barry Cullinane Developments, the houses are three beds ranging in size from 930 square feet to 1,068 sq ft and include parking.

The joint agents are Liam Mullins and Co and Property Partners O’Mahony Walsh, and they say that PC sums are available on kitchens, fireplace and wardrobes.

With all the amenities of the town on the doorstep both house types comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen/diner.

The main difference is that the smaller units don’t include an ensuite master bedroom, but both houses come with oil heating.
