It’s open house season at Bride View’s headquarters

NEEDS must. Developers Bride View New Homes are taking the initiative by hosting an open house for buyers next Wednesday, September 24.

The group, with a long track-record in development in the Munster area, are inviting prospective property purchasers to their salubrious headquarters on the Blackrock Road, Cork, to view a range of new developments on offer.

Just beyond the Topaz Garage on the Blackrock Road, Dundanion House is the impressive setting for what they call their ‘Direct Sales Package’, which will give buyers the lowest possible market price on their products.

This includes their spanking new apartments on the Lower Glanmire Road, (previewed here some weeks ago), a new scheme of luxury apartments in Carrigaline; high-end holiday homes at Inch, Co Kerry; the Bridgefield range of houses and apartments on Cork’s Curraheen Road; and a range of house types in Midleton, Co Cork.

Mortgage and legal advisors will be on hand to iron out any problems for buyers and a cup of tea/ coffee/ whatever will be thrown in gratis, along with a prize draw for visitors.
