At 1,200 sq ft, it has a big kitchen dining room (21’ by 13’) and a living room leading onto a large terrace.

The stairs hallway, with guest loo, leads to four overhead bedrooms, one of which is used as an office, with master en suite. This floor also has a main bathroom.
