Peace and quiet are set in concrete at Hazel Brooke

PAUL WARWICK of the Munster rugby team lined out to launch phase two of WK O’Connor Developers’ Hazel Brooke scheme on the outskirts of Mallow town recently.

Up to 70 houses have already been sold at the development, where 1,084 sq ft three bedroom properties start at €277,500 and four-bedroom homes of 1,310 sq ft are priced at €307,500.

Hazel Brooke could be described as a particularly solid investment, as it is the first concrete block built development in the town to offer homes with pre-stressed concrete first floors in all properties. This means that noise doesn’t travel between floors, a welcome feature in any home. Houses also come with allowances for kitchens, wardrobes, fireplaces and tiling in all house types.

Hazel Brooke is located in Spa Glen, on the outskirts of the town, within easy reach of local schools and shops on foot or by car. Units are being sold through sole selling agents, Sherry FitzGerald O’Donovan in Mallow. Also on hand at the launch were Mayor of Mallow, Noel O’Connor, Michael O’Donovan of Sherry Fitzgerald O’Donovan, and project developer, William O’Connor.
