Prestigious Meadowlands has elevated sea views

BUILT back in the late 1990s, Meadowlands is one of Courtmacsherry’s most upmarket new home schemes, with about 40 detached houses in all.

There’s only been a handful of re-sales since at this Fleming Construction development, and only of the smaller house types. Now, one of the bigger house types has come up, and it probably the first to go publicly on the market, reckons estate agent Henry O’Leary. It will be a will be a good price-tester, and he pins a €695,000 guide to it.

Mr O’Leary is confident of getting this sum for No 7 as he reckons it is one of the best, bought specially by its vendor for its views, as it is the uppermost house in the development, with the most elevated and embracing views.
