Island homes get to the point

WITH detached homes and stunning views over King’s Channel and Waterford Island, the new Island Point development is aimed at the upper end of the southeast’s residential market.

Now at the half-way mark in sales, the developers are putting an extra push into marketing Island Point’s last four houses.

A showhouse opened last weekend and will be available by appointment for viewings, to preserve the exclusivity of the estate, says joint agents O’Shea O’Toole and Purcell Properties.
