They’re big, beautiful and Celtic Tiger Cúl

BIG and brand new, Cúl na Coille is the apotheosis of the Celtic Tiger property boom.

An estate of tall, three-storey houses, the design is reminiscent of the Victorian era, brought up to date for 21st century Ireland.

Located on the Tulla Road in Ennis, this is an estate of just seven houses being marketed through Helen Gallery of Sherry FitzGerald McMahon. The scheme is now coming to completion and buyers can have a choice of two house types starting at €600,000.

Located off the Ennis bypass there’s a wealth of added extras.

Each unit comes with a pressurised plumbing system, which comes with zoned and under floor heating. Because the houses are timber frame, insulation is very high.

Each unit runs over three storeys with bedrooms over the first and second floors. Kitchens are superb, says Ms Gallery, with high quality units and granite work tops supplied, but there is the option to take generous PC sums instead.

House type A, the largest comes with a range of living rooms including four reception rooms and a large, kitchen/diner. It has a list price of €665,000.

And like all the house types, it comes with two ensuite rooms both of which have walk-in wardrobes. A small store room is also included.

The five B-types are 2,838 sq ft and start at €600,000.
