It’s all in finish at Cedar Grove

WITH just three houses on the site, the auctioneer’s term “exclusive” probably does apply to Cedar Grove, a trio of fully-finished new homes on Waterford’s, eh, exclusive Dunmore Road.

Tucked just in off the road, and on what appears to be the original garden site of an earlier dwelling, these three new builds now have a ‘stand’ of about 0.2 of an acre each, most of it privately raised up to the rear (with decked patios and raised hot-tubs) with mature boundaries.
