WITH just three houses on the site, the auctioneer’s term “exclusive” probably does apply to Cedar Grove, a trio of fully-finished new homes on Waterford’s, eh, exclusive Dunmore Road.

Cedar Grove houses, block built with feature cedar-clad sections around the upper level windows, have hardwood window frames and a pleasant exterior mix of render and brickwork, with deep two-storey bays.

Internally, they have lobby/hall, living room with gas fire, the lounge also has a gas fire and French door access to the rear garden. There’s a kitchen/diner which is fully fitted and with Neff appliances, plsu utility room. Overhead are four bedrooms, the master with en suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, plus main family bathroom.
