Aghada dream views from The Orchards

“I HAD a dream,” began the Reverend Martin Luther King, in one of America’s most inspirational speeches.... but it is more a case of ‘Aghada dream’ for Shane Russell of DNG Russell in east Cork.

He is selling a house called The Orchard, a three-bedroom bungalow “with absolutely amazing views of Cork Harbour”.

It is a 1,500 sq ft home on one-third of an acre, but “the site is fully walled in, due to it being part of the original Hadwell Estate,” Mr Russell notes of the market offering with a €700,000 asking price. It is currently under offer at €550,000.
