“I HAD a dream,” began the Reverend Martin Luther King, in one of America’s most inspirational speeches.... but it is more a case of ‘Aghada dream’ for Shane Russell of DNG Russell in east Cork.

According to Mr Russell, it is a bit on the dated side, and those seeking to buy will definitely be planning on spending more, either on extension or upgrades. It was built nearly 30 years ago, and is one of two dwelling within the estate’s orchard walls; the other dwelling is a dormer, built in more recent years.
