Site for four homes in Bandon
The owners of a period home, which is also currently up for sale via Lisney for €750,000, got planning permission for big, one-off houses to be built of up to 2,900 sq ft, and on individual sites of 0.2 of an acre.
The site for the four is for sale with Ann Marie Kennedy and Mark Kelly of Lisney, who seek €1.1 million for the south-facing hillside plot with westerly views towards the town.
Being sold this way they will most likely appeal to a builder/small developer.
The house designs are for large detached homes with five bedrooms, set on sloping sites with mature woods and trees as a boundary. Access will be off a newly-created avenue by Summerhill House, a very well kept period home of 2,700 sq ft which Lisneys put up for sale earlier this month.
The new-builds to be will have lower ground floor with garage, landing and cloak press, a ground floor with reception hall, family room, dining room, kitchen, living room, cloak press and hot press, plus shower room, and the first floor five bedrooms two of which are en suite, plus main bathroom.
The design is by Patrick Cashman Associates.
