Site for four homes in Bandon

BANDON Four. No, it is not a west Cork equivalent of Dublin 4, but the chance to build not one, but four contemporary new homes on a private, edge of Bandon town site.

The owners of a period home, which is also currently up for sale via Lisney for €750,000, got planning permission for big, one-off houses to be built of up to 2,900 sq ft, and on individual sites of 0.2 of an acre.

The site for the four is for sale with Ann Marie Kennedy and Mark Kelly of Lisney, who seek €1.1 million for the south-facing hillside plot with westerly views towards the town.
