Bus and rail links will sell keenly-priced new scheme

THE largest-yet new house scheme for Charleville, on the Cork-Limerick border, is being launched today.

Developer PJ McCarthy, of Villeton Construction Ltd is to build 172 houses, plus crèche and other amenities, in a scheme called Oakfield.

It’s beside his almost-completed 90-house development, Orchard Heights, by another company he is jointly associated with called McDonovan.
