THEY build ‘em big in Waterford, one of the few Irish cities where value for money seems to be bang on the nail.

How about a three-storey, almost new 1,600 sq ft home, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pristine interior, all for €375,000, and with a strong location to boot?

That’s what’s on offer at 13, Monteverdi Green, in Farmleigh, just off the Dunmore Road, near to Waterford’s main hospital and a short drive from the sea.
