Enticing price for first-time buyers at Harbour Heights
There are only 11 of these centrally placed units in Rochestown Road development and they start at €285,000 for the garden level, two-beds, an attractive level for first-time buyers, and without the stamp duty, too.
At the launch last May garden apartments in the first phase were making €297,500 for 66.8 sq m units and three-bed townhouses were sold at €370,000 and €390,000.
These are now being lived in as most of the first phase of this 550-house scheme sold out immediately.
In mellow London Brick, this scheme is shaping up nicely and has professionally finished landscaping and good roads.
Running to four storeys, the apartments occupy a triangular block on The Drive, close to the Rochestown Road end of the estate. They range from 86 sq m to 125 sq m in the penthouse units.
They will be finished to a very high standard, says Paul Reid of Sherry FitzGerald, and include balconies, good quality kitchens and tiling as part of the package.
There are just 11 units in this block, including two penthouses with great views and really spacious balconies.
There are no firm prices on these yet, says Paul Reid, as they are just at finishing stage, but they will be on the market shortly.
With over 30 differing house styles, the Harbour Heights scheme is being developed by O’Brien and O’Flynn and was designed by McCrosson O’Rourke Madden architects.
The joint selling agents are Sherry FitzGerald and Cohalan Downing and Associates.
