Waterside bungalow in Carrigaline has permission for second storey
The 1,300 sq ft bungalow, on a site of a third of an acre, was on the market last year seeking €600,000. Sale terms were reached at about €520,000 and planning permission granted in the interim to alter it to two-storey, with bedrooms and living areas on both the ground and first-floor levels.
It now is back up for sale with this option in place, via agent Dan Howard of Dooley and Howard, who guides it at €500,000 and who notes that the best one-off sites in Carrigaline command prices as high as €450,000, and more again for the best locations and large building options.
