Ard na Laoi has great views over city and harbour

ARD na Laoi in Montenotte was built by McInerney’s 12 years ago in a leafy site on the high hills of Cork city.

Located in one of Cork’s oldest, and some might say, grandest suburbs, it has great views over the city and inner harbour. The growth of the Docklands should add a nice twist, glassy twist to the panorama over the next 10 to 20 years.

And considering that Montenotte is a five-minute drive to the city, this area will be in strong demand from commuters, especially those who eschew the bigger suburbs for the quiet, settled atmosphere of Cork’s north eastern hills.
